Recruiting

Screens applications, scores candidates against a job description, and manages the process through to interview scheduling.
The problem
Manually screening every CV against a job description doesn't scale past a handful of applications a day, so recruiting teams either fall behind on volume or start skimming — both of which mean strong candidates get missed and weak ones slip through inconsistently.
How it works
When a candidate applies, their CV is captured, stored, and parsed automatically, and the application is scored against the job description on a consistent scale rather than a recruiter’s available time and attention on any given day.
The scoring includes a written rationale — which requirements were met, where the match was weaker — so a hiring manager can see why a candidate was ranked the way they were rather than trusting an opaque number.
Candidates above the screening threshold move automatically to a role-specific questionnaire generated from their CV and the job description, while candidates below it receive a prompt rejection with feedback rather than being left waiting indefinitely.
Because every decision and score is logged, the process stays auditable — useful both for improving the screening criteria over time and for being able to explain a hiring decision after the fact.
